Monmouth Rowing Club Covid Restrictions. To safely manage rowing under COVI the Committee have published a Return to Rowing Plan which sets out the Phases to be followed in re-opening rowing and the club house. We are in Phase - Limited Gym Use. Many members came to rowing later in life often through one of our popular Learn to Row courses.
